Adaklu Pilot: Laying the Groundwork for Ghana’s Agri-Future
The Vision
Amidst 2022's supply chain crises, Agrinova Farms identified a critical need: Ghana required a data-driven approach to reduce its vegetable import bill. Our 20-acre Adaklu maize trial became the testing ground for modern techniques that would later power our vegetable revolution.
Research-Driven Approach
Conducted soil stress tests under different irrigation schedules
Mapped labor efficiency across planting/harvest cycles
Identified Volta Region's microclimate challenges (later solved via drip tech)
Human Capital Development
Our agriculture project focuses on sustainable farming practices to ensure high-quality, organic produce. We meticulously handle every stage, from soil preparation and seed selection to irrigation and harvesting. By integrating traditional techniques with modern technology, we promote environmental stewardship and efficiency. Our commitment is to deliver fresh, healthy crops while fostering sustainability for future generations.
"Rooted in community, driven by sustainability, and built to empower lives. Our initiatives cultivate growth, resilience, and opportunity for generations to come"
-Francis Kwaidoo Jr.
